The Getting to Next Workshop is dedicated to helping you maximize your skills, passions and unique purpose to define and chart your future path. A combination of tradition, innovation and imagination is what attracts the brightest and most interesting women to the Getting to Next Workshop.

Join Cindy Tortorici for an interactive 2 days that will help you develop strategies to uncover new personal and professional possibilities for a more fulfilling life! It is a powerful and robust program that has made profound impact on those who have participated.

Attendees: Getting to Next will convene by invitation only at the incredible Gallery Damore in the Pearl District of Portland, OR and will bring together women from all walks of life who have each made a significant and lasting impact on the lives of others and now find themselves interested in exploring new or reenergizing current paths.

Format: Successful women are open to reaching out for help. They know that peer guidance and advice is invaluable to future success. The Getting to Next workshop offers a structured program within a framework that you personalize for your goals and needs to chart your career transition, expand your business, launch a business or new aspect of your work or life. Importantly, it also provides participants with a powerful network of contacts to help make their new career/life plan a reality.

Fees: Fees include breakfast & lunch each day, workshop materials, invitations to special events (including the annual Hyatt Leadership Forum alumni reunion in New York), and access to a professionally diverse network of over 1,000 graduates and growing.

This Workshop is a legitimate business expense (pls check with your accountant to confirm!!!). If you plan to get reimbursed by your employer, we can provide you with a program summary emphasizing career advancement potential within your company. If you own a business or if you are in transition, the Workshop is a legitimate tax write-off.
