About Bay 13
Bay 13 is a modern seafood restaurant serving fish from sustainable sources. Located in the historic 1909 Crane Warehouse building in Portland’s Pearl District. Bay 13 combines serious food in an unpretentious environment. The menu reflects the passion of Executive Chef David Ezelle. Ezelle offers contemporary seafood dishes with international influences.  The restaurant's design preserves the industrial feel of the building while updating it in a contemporary manner.
