It's time to get out those walking shoes and join us for another Sunday morning Bridge Walk. See the city in all it's morning glory as you gab with your Gal Pals from The Link while walking a few miles across our famed Portland Bridges. Get to know your fellow members while exercising your body, mind, spirit, and networking muscles, all at the same time.
Based upon your feedback, we're hoping to make the Bridge walks a monthly thing - on the first Sunday of every month. So, join us rain or shine for this members-only perk. And please be sure to register by Friday, we don't want to leave anyone behind. Pat Granum will be leading the walk, and we don't want to leave her alone out there, so please be sure to sign up and join Pat at 9:00 AM in front of the Harborside Restaraunt. We'll go rain or shine!!!

For those of you who appreciate a more vigorous walk, Pat Granum has found the perfect location to take a hike! It's a beautiful walk through some of the prettiest wild flowers in the area. So, get out those hiking boots, walking sticks and join your fellow Link members for an exhilarating hike!
The Link would like to bring interested members together for monthly hikes on the third Sunday of the month. To make this fun and interesting, we welcome you to volunteer to lead us on one of your favorite hiking spots. There are so many beautiful places around the area, and we're hoping to energize members each month with a new spot.
We'll send out a reminder email the week of this first nature hike, but mark your calendars NOW for this fun event!
