Throughout her career, as CEO of two global advertising agencies, consulting with the Governor of West Virginia and working in public television, Pam found the one constant thread that tied them all together - Women working together can move mountains! We can also move brands, television audiences, and even the bottom line. There is an undeniable value to the collective clout of women but there is one big “IF”... IF we choose to use it.

In addition to running two global agencies focused on the digital world and relationship management, Pam co-founded the Women’s Leadership Network for the Interpublic Group of Companies. She brings her fresh perspective on the power of the collective clout of women, and will share some lessons learned from both her professional and personal life. Pam is sure to spark some passionate dialogue about the enormous opportunities and challenges facing women today and in the future.

About Pam
Pam is currently a strategic consultant with the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) which is one of the big four global advertising agencies. IPG is comprised of hundreds of communications agencies with over 43,000 employees in over 100 countries.

Prior to this role at IPG, Pam was Chief Digital, Director & CRM Officer at Draft FCB (Foote Cone & Belding) which was the result of the merger of two IPG companies. In her role at this global agency, Pam provided leadership, strategic vision and passion for both client businesses and discipline practices worldwide. Immediately prior to the merger, Pam was Chairman & CEO of Fcbi Worldwide, the direct, digital and customer relations marketing arm of FCB, overseeing operations in 40 offices in 28 countries and working with such clients as Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Kraft, and Hampton Inn.

Before joining Fcbi in January of 2005, Pam was Chairman and CEO of MRM Partners Worldwide, part of the McCann WorldGroup,  where she oversaw the operations in over 55 countries and worked with clients such as Microsoft, Nestle, UPS, and General Motors. Before that she worked at Ogilvy Direct, from 1978 to 1994, where she ultimately became General Manager of the New York office.  In 1992, Pam served as Special Communications Consultant to West Virginia Governor Gaston Caperton.

In 1997, Pam was named one of 25 women leaders of the advertising industry by Ad Age in the first year it bestowed those honors. In 1998, she was honored by the NY YWCA in their Distinguished Women Leaders. Pam was named one of Ad Age Global’s “Global Power 100,” a list of the most “innovative, daring and dynamic leaders in marketing, advertising and media.” Pam received the Emerson Lifetime Achievement Award for Innovation in and Service to the direct marketing industry by the John Caples Awards organization. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the DMEF foundation.  And in 2004 was named a Distinguished Alumni  of West Virginia University.

Pam lives in New York with her husband Jon Larrick and enjoys boating off the shores of Long Island.
